  Sadly I have to leave a negative rating here for the Highgrove as I suffered from food Poisoning over the weekend there after dining there on Friday night. I was at table 23 and had lovely views of Troon, the service was good and the staff was polite. I ordered the Chicken with nut stuffing and orange sauce, the food arrived well presented and at the time was full of flavour. I had been saving myself all day for this restaurant and this was the only meal I had consumed that evening. I was awoken in the early hours of Saturday morning with an upset swirling stomach that led to me vomiting 3 times. The meal did not taste or smell good coming up I can assure you that! I don't know if the chicken was off or there was something in the food, but I was bed stricken for most of the weekend. So please take caution if you are thinking of ordering from here!
